Al Ahly Sabbour Developments has entered into a contract with MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development to develop a 181-acre plot of land in Mostakbal City, located in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative is part of Al Ahly Sabbour’s strategy to expand its land portfolio and introduce a mixed-use project in the area. The decision is driven by customer demand and the growing popularity of Mostakbal City as a distinguished investment destination, particularly due to the plot’s prime location in one of the city’s beautiful and prestigious areas.

Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments expressed his delight regarding the collaboration with MIDAR. He commended their efforts in creating a unique and exceptional city that can rival international counterparts.

Sabbour emphasized the company’s aspiration to capitalize on expansion opportunities in alignment with its core objective of developing innovative and world-class real estate projects in Egypt. With a successful track record of over 30 years, Al Ahly Sabbour has been known for delivering distinguished projects by carefully selecting prime locations and incorporating innovative designs. The company also emphasizes strategic partnerships with major specialized companies worldwide.

Sabbour explained that the new project will be mixed-use and will represent a new qualitative leap for the first phase within the city. The project will also encourage more developers to invest in it, especially since it represents an urban extension and a promising future for the East Cairo region.
